Our Commitment

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind SoloStack. If you apply the prompts to your workflow for 7 days and genuinely don't see any improvement in how you work, reach out to us at hello@mysolostack.eu and we'll make it right — no hoops, no lengthy disputes.

We only ask that you actually tried it. Show us one or two examples of prompts you used, and we'll process your refund within 2 business days.

Digital Products — General Policy

SoloStack sells digital products (prompt libraries, guides, templates, and planners) that are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

As a result, all sales are final by default — except where our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies (see above).

We'll respond within 1 business day. If your request is approved, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
